Maceva are a small group of dedicated individuals involved in maintaining and documenting photographs of the last remaining Jewish cemeteries in Lithuania.

Their volunteers have spent much of their personal time and resources on this effort, sometimes even taking their children along while working on a cemetery, or using part of their vacation. What you see on this website is the collective effort of these dedicated volunteers.

We were approached to re-design and re-build their existing website expanding it to feature a huge database of the cemeteries as well as a shopping-cart type donations engine.

The result is a multi-language, minimalistic and responsive website featuring a database of cemeteries with over 3000 documented gravestones and multiple custom integrated checkout options.
