At times and for various reasons, sometimes things just don’t go to plan.

Kartogram do not charge for the1st year of support after a project goes live. Even if the issue is not specifically related to us and our systems (for instance, there are problems with the hosting provider), we will get involved and help you sort it out as soon as possible. Furthermore, if you discover a bug once your project is all done, dusted and live, we will step in and fix this for you - in most cases, at no extra cost.

Also, you may wish to add additional features to your web package at a later date. You can relax knowing that your website will not need to be rebuilt. All of our projects are fully expandable and upgradable at any time in the future.
