CSG Property Solutions, Inc. is a regional woman-owned full service property preservation and construction company. Their primary mission is providing custom renovation services and preserving vacant foreclosed properties for city and state municipalities, banks, and mortgage servicing companies. They provide comprehensive services to their customers that mitigate risks, and reduce costs associated with vacant foreclosed properties.

We were tasked to create a logo that would allow the company to stand out in a crowded industry.. The logo needed to be modern and also demonstrate the wide array of quality services provided by the company. The client has also expressed the desire for the logo to contain an image or representation of a house.

The final product features a house divided into a range of triangular shapes, representing the number of services the company can provide for home owners.
